Post-Signal Specialist Registry
A fictional in-world recruitment artifact. It shows how governments, institutions, employers, and communities begin translating extraordinary human changes into operational roles—without revealing what those changes ultimately mean.

Who Gets Recruited?
The labels are operational shorthand, not complete identities. Some describe rare biological capabilities, some describe trained disciplines, and some exist because institutions need a name for a person they do not yet understand.

They study, translate, preserve context, and help others work near the edges of the Signal without surrendering judgment to it.
Silence Orders
Trained specialists in stillness, refusal, quarantine, and cognitive control. Their value grows whenever connection itself becomes a hazard.
Memory Weavers
Rare and controversial specialists associated with memory continuity, recovery, and altered recall. Their work immediately raises consent, evidence, and identity questions.
Wallbreakers
High-output specialists used where ordinary tools cannot solve the problem fast enough. Rescue teams want them. Security services want them too.
Coherence Operators
They help groups maintain coordination under extraordinary cognitive or emotional load. Useful in emergencies—and politically dangerous when influence becomes hard to distinguish from assistance.
Thermal Responders
Specialists whose capabilities make them valuable around heat, fire, industrial hazards, and disaster zones. Their bodies may be an asset long before anyone agrees on the cost.
Quiet / Dampening
They reduce noise, suppress overload, and create safer operating space around Resonant activity. Sometimes the most important ability is the ability to make everything less loud.
Baseline Anchors
Not everyone needs to be changed. Baseline and weak-Resonant personnel remain essential as independent observers, reality checks, witnesses, and safeguards against systems that can begin validating themselves.
